SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE

CHEF DE PARTIE

The position is primarily responsible for directing and supervising the Kitchen operations in a manner that ensures high standard of quality, hygiene, safety, cleanliness and total guest satisfaction. Further, this position is responsible for the supervision and productivity of the Kitchen employees including staffing, training and performance management

Qualifications:

· 2-3 years work-related experience

SOUS CHEF

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the cooks and kitchen helpers involved in the preparation of cold dishes, hors d’oeuvres, appetizers, salad, sandwiches, cold sauces and condiments for the hotels F&B outlets and banquet functions.

Qualifications

· Education: Graduate of Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management

· Experience(s): Two (2) years work-related experience

F&B SUPERVISOR

 

The position is primarily responsible for directing and supervising the operations of the Kitchen and Restaurant in a manner that ensures optimum efficiency of operations and total guest satisfaction. Recommends ways to optimize profit, increase sales and control costs. Further, this position is responsible for the supervision and productivity of the Food and Beverage (F&B) personnel including staffing, training and performance management

Responsible for facilitating communications within an office and fielding interactions with the public. Their duties include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings, and providing personalized support for other employees in their office.

 

 

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

COOKS

 

Location: Manila/Dumaguete

 

 

Responsible for the preparation of cold/hot food items to be served at the F&B outlets and Banquet . Responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. It is also tasked to perform the daily maintenance duties and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.

· Has at least acquired Secondary level education

SERVERS

Location: Manila/Dumaguete

 

The position is primarily responsible for promptly attending to and serving the guests when they enter the restaurant. It is responsible for customer relationship building through the servicing of clients without compromising the principles of providing excellent customer service. It is also responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant.

BARISTA

 

Responsible for making quality beverages, generally specialty hot drinks, preparing food orders, working the cash register, and cleaning and stocking the store. Baristas must do all of these tasks quickly and efficiently while also making sure to form good customer relationships.

COST CONTROL ASSOCIATE

Location: Manila/Dumaguete

This position is primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the f&B controlling and pricing aspects. Additionally responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire hotel. He/she also changes the price of menu items based on the costing information they collect and also actively take part in engineering the menu in terms of the pricing. 

 

Education: Graduate of any four (4) year Accounting-related course preferably BS Accountancy

       Experience:  1 to 2 year with a Hospitality background

       Specific Knowledge: Budget and Costing with in depth Knowledge in Accounting 

 

 

Position: HR Assistant Supervisor  

Location: La Planta Dumaguete

 

Responsible for include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations.  

Also report to Head Office any HR-related concern on the property handle 

 

 

Education: College Degree of BS Psychology or Business Administrative  any related course  

       Experience:  1 to 2 year experience 

       Specific Knowledge: Basic knowledge and training in labor laws, rules and regulations
